A maritime employment agency specializing in providing personnel for the dredging and wind energy sector. As well for  the maritime fleet as for the earthmoving jobs. Gerwil Sliedredge was founded in 2021 by Rene Boer from Sliedrecht and Louwe Hakvoort from Urk.

At Gerwil Sliedredge, we still work with a practical approach. René used to work in dredging for years and knows better than anyone what it’s like on the dredging equipment. From that perspective, we also carry out our work. Our horizon is wider than a match on paper. We look at the capability of a person and if the person fits on the job. 

Finally, we have a valuable collaboration with the office in Urk. The team in Urk has great knowledge about maritime regulations, merchant shipping, documents and visa arrangements. This is how we complement each other perfectly.
