We are seeking for a Master 500 GT to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall command and safe operation of the vessel while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for the safety and navigation of the vessel.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational regulations.
- Manage and oversee the crew, ensuring effective communication and leadership.
- Conduct voyage planning, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with ISM and ISPS regulations.
- Oversee cargo operations, stability management, and deck procedures.
- Coordinate with shore-based management and relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- Valid medical certificate (ENG1 or equivalent).
- Valid STCW Code II/3 certification.
- Experience as Master 500 GT or similar role.
- Valid Certificate of Competency and all required maritime documents.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of vessel stability, navigation, and emergency procedures.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
